How We Work – Feasibility
During the feasibility stage, two critical steps are accomplished – brainstorming with the customer to determine exactly what it is we are building and collaboration with our team, vendors and partners to determine if it can be built while meeting the client’s business objectives.
A detailed requirements document is the critical output from this stage, defining performance, functionality and behavioral expectations for all stakeholders to work from. The entire team will refer to (and update as necessary) this document throughout the process, thus assuring the final product exceeds all expectation.
