About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Junior Project Manager to join our Device Solutions team. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their project management capabilities while contributing to the successful delivery of small to medium‑scale technology and device‑related projects. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure smooth execution across all project phases.
Project Delivery
• Lead and manage small to medium‑sized projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, risk logs, and status reports.
• Monitor project progress, escalate risks or issues, and support problem resolution.
Client Relationship Management
• Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support client onboarding, requirements gathering, and ongoing communications.
• Build rapport and maintain strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders.
PMO & Operational Support
• Assist the Project Management Office with administrative and operational tasks, including raising and tracking invoices.
• Update project financials and budgets.
• Prepare project reports.
• Support process improvements and contribute to standardized project management practices.
General Responsibilities
• Provide project coordination and support to senior project managers as needed.
• Participate in team meetings, project reviews, and planning sessions.
Requirements
Essential
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Planner, Excel, or equivalent).
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.).
Preferred
• 2 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or junior PM role.
• Previous experience working with a design consultancy or around IoT products
