With a career spanning commercial, aerospace (NASA), and scientific industries, he brings deep expertise in full-cycle product development, regulatory compliance, and process optimization. Known for his hands-on leadership and “get stuff done” approach, Josh excels at guiding teams from concept through production, driving technical excellence while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Josh holds a BSEE from Central Florida University.
